But as success and project demand grew, the strain on Sharp HealthCare’s Information Services Division (ISD) mounted and was reaching a critical point. Sharp turned to ProjectCorps for strategic advice and support.

Targeted counsel and support through the first 18 months of roadmap implementation was provided to ensure Sharp’s success.
